**Job description**
**Responsibilities include**:
- Answering phones and being the first voice to outside contacts at the company
- Greet visitors and manage boardroom bookings
- General admin duties including couriers, mail, contact management
- Stocking and ordering office supplies
- A/P Support, receiving, stamping and distributing invoices
- Document production for project managers and marketing director
- Receiving and distributing mail from sites
- Assist Office Manager with coordination of New Project Set Up
- Assist Office Manager with Safety related tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Good communication skills both written and verbal, fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Adobe
- Experience with billings, accounts payable and payroll an asset
- Able to adapt to new software quickly/computer skills
- College Education is an asset
- Focused on team goals
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to develop relationship with owners, employee's, vendors and customers
- Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision with the ability to meet deadlines and provide accurate results
- Quick learner, reliable, adaptable and hard working
- Able to multi task
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.55-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
