We attribute our success to our team, who has helped us achieve numerous noteworthy awards including: LinkedIn's Top 10 Startups, Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50, Globe & Mail's Top Growing Companies in Canada, North America’s Inspiring Workplaces, and Glory Professional’s The Power 50: Canada’s Most Impactful Companies. **THE POSITION** **You’ll be responsible for**: - Developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that target all stages of the customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, adoption, and retention. - Using customer data and behavioural insights to segment the user base and create personalized, high-converting campaigns. - Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns and using data to optimize performance. **12 - 18 MONTH DELIVERABLES** - To realize the company’s growth mandate, within the first 90 days, you will collaborate with our B2B Product Marketing Manager and Business Development team to determine lifecycle marketing priorities for the B2B go-to-market strategy and implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the impact. - In the next 12 to 18 months, you will have developed a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to support all stages of Maple's B2B customer journey. You will continue to collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager (B2C) to enhance lifecycle marketing processes, tooling, and reporting and partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to identify necessary automation tools for executing the lifecycle marketing strategy.
