Join us to help evolve the program, collaborate with amazing teams, and love what lies ahead. **Who we need**: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Member Lifecycle, and working closely with our vendor and internal teams, we are looking for a Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing. This is a rare opportunity to work in a Manager role with both strategic and execution accountabilities. You will create and drive our member engagement strategy focused on at-risk and best member classes. Taking an iterative test-and-roll approach and working collaboratively with the Partner Marketing teams, you will ensure Scene+ meets its member engagement goals. Your goal is to move members into the next RFM decile (and you understand what that means) and help our owners achieve their objectives for the program. Whether you are coming from an agency, a loyalty program or another marketing area, this is a rewarding position with a high level of visibility. Whether you want to increase your influence with us directly or with a parent company, there is always something to look forward to. **As our new Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will**: - _ Own the annual member lifecycle plan. _You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to design and roll out an annual plan focused on members at the lifecycle's reactivation and best member phases. You will develop, test, and roll out marketing calendars to determine the best segmentation, cadence, offers and approach. - _ Build strategies._ You will think like a member to build strategies for retaining our best members and reengaging lapsed member segments. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to implement marketing programs, including direct mail campaigns, that meet our parent companies and our own growth and engagement objectives. - _ Own and analyze. _You will manage budgets to optimize the targeting and deployment of assets and media across all relevant owned and paid channels. You will track and analyze results across all applicable channels and develop insights to improve marketing effectiveness and program returns over time. - _ Be the connection point._ You will be the center of the member lifecycle at Scene+. You will continuously pursue excellence, working closely with Partnerships, Digital, Marketing Delivery, Analytics and Operations teams to improve member experiences. **You bring**: - _ The experience._ You have progressive growth in client or customer-focused marketing, moving into a leader or supervisor position as part of a CRM or Lifecycle team. You have proven success designing and executing data-driven lifecycle strategies. You may be coming from a marketing agency. Ideally, you have worked on customer loyalty programs. - _ The project support._ You have experience working on multiple simultaneous projects of moderate to high
