Our agency focuses on helping clients craft, navigate and execute their digital marketing strategies. Our client list spans local retail businesses, multi-unit franchisees, mid-sized B2B organizations and national brands across several verticals. We pride ourselves on bringing great ideas and professional execution to the table with each engagement and always encourage our team to think outside the box to help our clients succeed.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Account Management team. As an Account Manager, your role is to oversee a portfolio of clients engaged in our social and digital marketing campaigns.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis role is predominately remote - there will be requirements & expectations to be in the office occasionally but not regularly.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clientsAct as the main point of contact for all account management matters including monthly status meetings with clients, coordination of all communication and marketing materials, onboarding new clients, providing updates to internal agency team on upcoming programs etc.Responsible for building project management tools such as project plans, scheduling, and campaign logisticsResponsible for monthly program reporting, analytics and recommendationsTracking monthly budgets for advertising campaignsLiaise with production teams, performance teams and senior managementRequired QualificationsMinimum of (3) years of experience in a client service roleMust have experience within an agency environment, managing multiple accountsStrong understanding of digital marketing ecosystemIntermediate to advanced understanding of digital paid advertising platforms (Meta Business Manager, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Ability to analyze and report on key digital metricsWorking knowledge of Project Management platforms (Asana, Monday, etc.)Experience cultivating strong relationships with clients and partnersExceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated track record of stick-handling and problem-solving client issuesSelf-Starter with a keen eye for detailProven track record of successfully handling multiple clients in a fast pace environmentRequired Experience and EducationPost-secondary education required3+years in a Client Services roleDigital Agency experienceAfter 3 months of employment, you will be entitled to H2O\'s employment perks including:Work from Home / Flexible HoursWellness/Benefits PackageCompetitive compensationAbout H2O DigitalJoin our dynamic team at one of Canada\'s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies We\'re on the lookout for dedicated individuals who are willing to go above and beyond for our clients.
