**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing reports as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to clients in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for team members while ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information,
- Support administrative functions by organizing office supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role with strong clerical experience.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred; experience in bookkeeping is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills to enhance client interactions.
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.70-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
