**TriPoint Intermodal Services Inc. (a member of the Mullen Group of Companies)** is an overseas container transport company serving the GTA and regional points within Ontario. **Key Duties & Responsibilities**

To liaise with clients and third parties to ensure high level of customer service through clear communication.

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, S/S Lines and Rails/Terminals.

Schedule deliveries with shippers/consignees and track shipments until completed.

Entering customer orders

Tracking shipments through CN & CP

Ensuring reservations are scheduled for shipments out of CN and ensuring RV times correlate with shipment appointments

Assisting the dispatchers with day to day issues.

Working together with dispatch team to ensure best possible solutions for customers and company.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong computer, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to deal productively and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
