**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Conduct FAT for data center server systems to verify compliance with specifications.
- Configure and test servers to ensure functionality
- Document and report issues, inconsistencies, and recommended improvements observed during FAT.
- Work with programming teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain project timelines.
- Configure servers for data center deployments
- Provide backup duties for server infrastructure, end-user support, cloud management
- Conduct reviews and upgrades for core infrastructure

**Experience**:

- Systems Administration: 5 years (required)
- Networks: 3 years (required)
- Infrastructure (Storage): 3 years (required)
- Cloud Administration (Azure/Entra): 3 years (required)
- Windows Server (2019+): 3 years (required)
- Active Directory (2019+): 3 years (required)
- Virtualization (Hyper-V): 3 years (required)
- Office365: 3 years (required)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Networking, relevant discipline, and/or experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft corporate environments
- Experience in networking (switches, routers, firewalls) is an asset
- Experience in cyber security and risk management
- Knowledge of Linux is an asset
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to do occasional heavy lifting (servers, networking equipment)
