Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Administrator in the implementation of TRENEX CORP’s health and safety management systems and procedures to ensure the health and safety for internal and external customers.
- Provides a professional, responsive and customer focused service to colleagues across the organization, as well as external suppliers for health and safety operations.
- Assist the Senior Administrator on the administration of the health and safety management system.
- Prepare monthly health and safety performance and activity reports to an agreed format.
- Maintain and administer a central plan for health and safety throughout the company supporting the employees with arrangements specifically in relation to worksites and equipment to ensure compliance is maintained.
- Complete administrative duties for health and safety meetings and forums e.g. preparation of the agenda and provision of applicable data. Occasional minute taking may be required.
- Administer the training records for health and safety and the creation and distribution of certificates as required for all employees.
- Complete administrative duties in relation to the management of TRENEX CORP activities, driving activities and remedial actions.
- Monitor health and safety inspections and audits to ensure completion in accordance with procedure.
- Monitor and resolve queries raised relating to health and safety and escalate as required.
- Maintain and develop the H&S manuals, ensuring information is relevant, up-to-date and user friendly
- Employee onboarding and safety orientation.
- Stays current on Occupational Health and Safety legislation and ensures TRENEX CORP stays in compliance with all regulations.
- Conducts safety drills with staff and train personnel to deal with any kind of emergency.
- Fill out incident reports and WCB claims
- Assuring drivers and trucks are in compliance with DOT
- Conducting internal Safety audits to maintain the CORE safety recognition.

Experience dealing with complex information and producing written reports and data - **Req.**
