Landtran Systems inc is a division of Continental Cartage inc - we are currently looking for a Full Time Recruitment Assistant for our Acheson, AB office located out side of Spruce Grove AB. The position is a perfect opportunity to learn and grow as a Recruiter with your own vehicle to get to our office
- You will be responsible for assisting with the administration and any other duties assigned by the Recruitment Manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist and attend Job Fairs with recruiting and company recognition
- Developing working relationships within the industry to create contacts
- Assist at time with Onboarding and other Administrative duties
- Being creative in recruiting initiatives
- Research job boards and social media for the right fit
- Attend recruitment meetings at times daily
- Refreshing and revising job ads on numerous Job Boards
- All other duties assigned by the Recruit Manager

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of Administration
- Recruitment is an asset
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office with job boards and social media sites
- Positive phone manner

**Education**:

- Minimum 1 year of College in Human Resources, Marketing or Administration

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
