**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
- Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments and resolve any issues.
- Provide general clerical support to maintain smooth office operations.
- Assist with various office tasks to ensure daily operations run efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must have reliable transportation, as we are located 5-10 minutes outside Winnipeg, MB.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
