Westrans is a leading remanufacturer and supplier of parts for commercial trucks, light duty vehicles, agricultural equipment, and heavy duty industrial equipment.

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Professional to join our accounting department who will process and collect payments for goods sold and services rendered.

The Accounts Receivable position is a job share opportunity after initial training period, leading to a full time role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer payments by recording cash, checks, EFT’s and credit card transactions
- Perform collection calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts on an ongoing basis
- Create, maintain and update records for all customer accounts
- Review daily bank deposits
- Monthly general ledger account reconciliations

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of collection experience required
- Strong math, typing and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal departments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 3 years (preferred)
