- **Job Overview**_

The Beachcomber Plus (Parts) Warehouse Administrator is responsible for scheduling and managing the production of HEATSHIELD covers and processing all sales orders shipped from Parts warehouse.

Secondary responsibilities involve inventory management, managing RGA process, and general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and other duties when requested.
- **Duties**_
- Schedule and prioritize daily production of HEATSHIELD covers to be made.
- Organize the purchase of all custom covers ordered through 3rd party manufacturers.
- Review all cover orders and print those in stock.
- WIP made-in covers, skins, inners, spa pillows & hurricane straps.
- Maintain daily production log for covers being made in.
- Supervising and training the workers regarding the shipping or assist them if they are having any issues.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations in force and participate in their improvement.
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery.
- Supervise and train workers in procedures, duties and in use of current software.
- Determine and establish Office Procedures.
- Compile data, Statistics, and other information to support research activities.
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy.
- Setup and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Receive completed jobs in Syspro.
- Invoice all North American dealer sales orders shipped from Parts Warehouse
- Complete supply chain transfers from Parts to other warehouses.
- Prepare paperwork for daily shipping
- First Aid attendant onsite
- Enter sales orders shipped daily in shipping log.
- Review and print backorders.
- Enter daily backorder report.
- Process warehouse Return Goods Authorizations (RGA’s)
- Process and handle all Plus Defective Returns (PDR’s)
- Communicate with Customer Care and Finance on status of dealer orders/accounts.
- Communicate with shipping department on shipping of priority orders.
- Assist with any issue involving HEATSHIELD covers.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Filing and maintenance of all completed shipping documentation via ship log
- **Decision Making**_
- Prioritize and schedule HEATSHIELD stuffing jobs to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and plan department workload based on min/max requirements, requisitions by warehouses and forecasts from tub manufacturing.
- The ability to calculate the amount of freight to bill out on prepaid and charge orders which freight companies and couriers to use to maximize best delivery results and best cost.

Pay: $23-$25 hourly wage

Expected hours: 40 per week

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Work Location: In person
