We are seeking a dedicated and energetic **Warehouse Administrator** to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to our operations while focusing on client experience. This role manages all administrative tasks related to day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure all activities are completed effectively, all systems updated in a timely manner and all revenue is captured accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order Entry & Inventory Management. Print orders and packing slips, investigate discrepancies and ensure WMS is accurately maintained
- Accurate and timely receiving on inbound goods
- Client and Team Support. Liaise between clients and warehouse on all communications, including inventory, transportation, cycle counts, etc.
- Administration. Manage all warehouse related paperwork and reporting including active and storage billing
- Follow all current warehouse processes to ensure accurate picking / packing / shipping and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment.
- Strong Customer Service attitude
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate inventory management systems.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to be trained on operation and safety of all warehouse equipment.
- First Aid certification is a bonus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
