**Work Location**:Distribution Center 19295 25th Ave, Surrey

**Position Type/Schedule**

This role will be onsite based out of the distribution center. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 9:30-6:00pm. 40 hours per week.

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking to fill a **Distribution Center Supervisor (Shipping)** position in our **South Surrey, Distribution Center.** In keeping with our number one core value of operational excellence, the Distribution Center Supervisor oversees the day-to-day staffing needs of the warehouse and coordinates or delegates tasks related to product shipping and receiving while ensuring the work is done in a safe and efficient manner. They will work with the Distribution Center Manager to monitor the performance of the Material Handler(s) and assist them with tasks or providing training as required.

**What are the Key Accountabilities?**
- Conduct staff supervision
- Coordinate staff tasks and duties
- Provide staff training
- Provide back up to Distribution Center - Material Handler, Warehouse Administrator, and Distribution Center Manager duties as required.

- 3+ years of distribution and warehouse experience
- 1+ years of demonstrated supervisory ability
- Coaching and training experience is a strong asset
- Warehouse Management System (WMS)/P21 is an asset
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite/Teams & the ability to learn new software
- Previous experience with warehouse management software
- RF Scanner software and administration experience is a strong asset
- Basic mathematical skills with the ability to calculate simple equations mentally
- Travelling required
