Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our delivery operations, inventory management, and supplier coordination. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are delivered accurately, inventory is maintained, and warehouse operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing physical warehouse duties with administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking company.

This position is full time (Monday - Friday / 6:30am - 3:00pm), we will provide a shared company vehicle to drive to/from suppliers and job sites to pickup/drop off material.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Request supplier quotes, compare pricing, and place purchase orders with correct PO numbers, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
  • Review order responses and emails daily: identify and process last minute orders, follow up on backordered items, and coordinate with suppliers for quotes and pricing.
  • Prepare, load, and organize the delivery truck: plan efficient routes and complete pickups, drop-offs, and returns at suppliers and job sites.
  • Verify all received materials for accuracy, quantity, and completeness
  • Update all inventory trackers throughout the week and ensure final reports are completed and submitted to the appropriate team member by week's end.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, ensuring materials are properly stored and easily accessible.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills (Google sheets) is an asset
  • Ability to lift and move 50lbs
  • Forklift experience is an asset but willingness to learn is ideal
