- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field or combination of experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum five (5) years’ of related professional human resource leadership experience
- Experienced in change management and integrating continuous improvement concepts
- Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of Ontario employment laws
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems such as Success Factors
- Leadership experience in Human Resources, specifically supporting a diverse industrial workforce is a strong asset
- Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills and ability to set priorities
- Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions and change
