**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily office operations and manage front desk activities to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Oversee bookkeeping and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to support efficient retrieval of information.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette in all communications.
- Assist with budgeting processes by tracking expenses and providing reports to management as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office management role.
- Strong clerical experience with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
- Familiarity with vendor management practices to maintain productive business relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality in work output.
- **Experience in automotive space and knowledge of automotive maintenance is highly desired. Training can be provided on scheduling system.**

**There is potential to offer full time salary for this role as well. Ideal start date will be early December or January.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
