**Leasing Coordinator**: Open display suites and preparing the office.
Check online listings on all platforms such as Facebook, Rent Sync, Craigslist.
Renew and update to ensure top of rental platform list. Ensure any current promotions are updated and highlighted
Answer messages or inquires.
Check for upcoming appointments and send out appointment reminders.
Use Buildium management platform.
Ensure tenant profile is correct Upload lease agreement, all qualification documents.
Send out outstanding or overdue payment balances.
Check to make sure all current tenants have insurance.
Update and check rent roll to ensure all information is correct, up to date and corresponding to the correct data.
Use DocuSign for edits and changes to lease agreements.
Complete area information, maps, update or add tour information to prospect spreadsheet.
Use of google spreadsheet for notes.
Make sure the Traffic report is complete each day.
