About The Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, this individual will have a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the residential leasing activities of our growing rental portfolio in the Lower Mainland.

**What You'll Do**
- Maintain current suite availability, review and compare pricing, and conduct external market research for trend reporting;
- Assisting with managing the advertising of the portfolio, including creating listing content and updating the necessary marketing channels;
- Participate in touring competitor buildings on a quarterly basis;
- Support in conducting suite showings in-person and virtually;
- Ensuring a strong resident experience from initial contact, screening processes, to lease signing.

What You Bring:

- One (1) year of experience in customer service or administration;
- Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday;
- Highly proficient organizational and time management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve using effective written and verbal communication;
- Ability to provide resident-centered solutions and adapt to changing needs;
- Familiarity with industry specific software platforms (i.e. Salesforce, DocuSign, Certn) will be considered an asset.

**Salary**

The expected base salary range for this role is $51,300 - $70,500. Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
