**Clinic Administrator (Day time shift)**

**We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinic Administrator to join our team**

**Clinic Administrator Job Duties**:

- Welcome clients and visitors in person or on the telephone.
- Optimize clients' satisfaction and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone
- Keep client appointments on schedule by notifying RMT students of client's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule
- Comfort clients by anticipating patients' needs, anxieties; answering clients' questions; maintaining the reception area
- Filing and retrieving patient records
- Preparing monthly and weekly reports for accounting
- Maintaining inventory of clinic, ordering and receiving sheets from laundry
- Maintain client accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
- Open and close routines

**Skills**:

- MUST be able to multitask easily without compromising performance or attitude
- Processing payments communicating with Medical Team and patients
- Proficient computer/ excel /data/entry skills
- Providing excellent customer service
- A warm, friendly personality
- Professional communication skills
- Comfortably managing monetary issues
- Highly motivated

- **Average Pay Rate: $17 per hour**:

- **Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and training.**

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- TORONTO, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
