CloudCare Clinics is hiring Clinic Administrators to join our growing healthcare team. We are looking for reliable, organized, and customer-focused individuals who can help support daily clinic operations and provide excellent service to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Process patient forms and update electronic records
  • Support physicians and clinical staff with daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
  • Handle payments and insurance-related information as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional 12-hour shifts (8 AM–8 PM)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Previous administrative or clinic experience is an asset but not required
  • Must be comfortable using computers and learning clinic management software
