**Your Role**:
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a warm and professional experience. You’ll ensure our clinic runs seamlessly, offering a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence and care.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Be the Face of Longev Clinic**: Greet clients warmly, ensure they feel at home, and set the tone for an exceptional experience.
- **Coordinate Daily Operations**: Schedule appointments, manage the clinic’s calendar, and optimize workflows for our team.
- **Clinic Presentation**: Ensure our clinic is always clean, organized, and inviting.
- **Support Wellness Services**: Assist with client communication, supplement orders, and follow-ups.
- **Be a Problem-Solver**: Anticipate and address challenges to keep everything running smoothly.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A friendly, outgoing, and positive personality that lights up the room.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness, and enthusiasm for integrative medicine.
- Experience in reception, administration, or customer service (bonus if it's in a clinic setting).
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office (knowledge of Jane App is a plus).
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- 5 years of work experience minimum

- Accounting and financial literacy
