Our team includes **Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Nutritionists, and Physiotherapists** working together to provide comprehensive care.

**Position Overview**

We’re hiring a **part-time Clinic Administrator** to support the front-desk operations at our Bodyology location. The role is ideal for friendly, organized, and dependable individuals who thrive in client-facing roles and are passionate about supporting holistic healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Warmly greet clients and provide exceptional front-desk service
- Schedule and manage appointments using JaneApp (experience with this software is a must)
- Process payments and manage insurance direct billing (experience is a must)
- Ensure reception and shared clinic areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support practitioners with daily clinic operations and client flow
- Follow all opening, closing, and clinic safety procedures

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in reception or administrative roles (healthcare or wellness settings preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Comfortable using booking/payment software (JaneApp experience needed)
- Able to multitask in a busy clinic environment
- Reliable, punctual, and maintains a professional demeanour
- Flexible availability to meet clinic shift needs
