We are seeking a Jr Service Advisor to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customers with explanations and estimates for technical repairs required on their compressor systems based on manufacturer recommendations.
- Generate service estimates using in-house quoting software.
- Schedule service calls with customers. Dispatch technicians.
- Communicate the need for additional work when needed; explain the details to the customer, including the additional cost and time consideration.
- Keep customers informed on any backorder parts/updates etc. on job status.
- Check and review work orders to see that all work was performed properly and time schedule was met.
- Maintain updated customer profiles in CRM.
- Follow up with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed
- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills:**
- High school diploma, College preferred
- Compressor knowledge an asset
- Field Service / Automotive Advisor experience is an asset
- Must be a multi-tasker who excels in a fast-paced environment
- Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills.
