**Summary of position**:
Working as a Customs Admin Clerk involves the preparation of Customs documentation to ensure that any shipments either imported or exported meet all applicable laws so that entry or export can occur

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Although you will work as part of a team, Purchasing Coordinator needs to be self
- motivating and be able to organize their work effectively and maintain records.
- strong communication skills are vital in this role both written and verbally, as you will be required to compile documentation
- Working with our branded vendors (Contigo, Thermos etc)
- Issuing PO’s/Receiving
- Internally coordinating with Sales and Customer Service
- Updating dates and pricing

**Required Skills and Knowledge**:

- Spoken English (fluent), Written English (professional level)
- Mandarin/Cantonese

**Qualifications**:

- Must have appropriate transit to attend the directing branch office.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

**Job Type**:Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, annual salary to be discussed (measured on experience), Benefits after 90-day probationary period
