Eastside Chevrolet is currently seeking a strong Service Advisor to join our team.

Description: The Service Advisor’s main job responsibilities are:

- Provide first class customer service to each and every customer **Greeting customers in the dealership and on the phone** Providing repair recommendations **Explaining the nature of repairs** Advising customers how to look after their vehicles **Updating customers with the status of their repair** Scheduling appointments.

The Service Advisor has a direct impact to the operational effectiveness of the service department and to positive customer service results. Eastsides Chevrolets #1 focus is Customer Service. Our dealership offers a beautiful, clean and safe environment, and a team that is dedicated to providing GREAT service to our loyal customers. Extensive and ongoing training is provided.
