**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Jr & Sr Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. Your mechanical knowledge and strong customer service skills will be essential in providing accurate information about vehicle repairs and maintenance, while also promoting additional services through effective upselling techniques.

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service department.
- Assess customer needs by listening to their concerns regarding vehicle performance and maintenance.
- Provide detailed information about service recommendations, pricing, and timelines.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and payments.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment.
- Knowledge of CDK or Serti considered an asset.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive repair or as a mechanic is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling appointments and processing transactions.
- A valid driver's license is required.
