**Position Overview**:
As a Jr. Electrical Estimator / Project Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the construction process, supporting both the estimating and project management teams. You will be responsible to work closly with the estimating team to accurately estimate electrical tenders, assisting with project coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position will be 50% estimating and 50% project coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical installations and wiring projects.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to identify scope and requirements.
- Assist in preparing and submitting bids, proposals, and change orders.
- Coordinate with electricians, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project timelines and budgets.
- Support the Senior Manager in project execution, scheduling, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, track costs, and help resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with electrical code, safety standards, and company procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in electrical estimating / Project coordinating.
- Knowledge of **Accubid** estimating software.
- Experience in **mechanical and BAS wiring** is an asset.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and construction practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
