**Responsibilities**
- Scope of work includes site survey, cabling, installation, test, programming and commissioning of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Alarm systems and Intercom systems the work also comprises of troubleshooting and service of these systems.
- This position also required to technically lead security team, assisting in planning of projects, and managing interaction with clients.
- Assume Technical Lead role assigned to projects, advise on technical quality standards and requirements, and ensure adherence to set timelines, SOWs and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and infield training to junior field technicians.
- Provide technical support to project management and engineering team in setting and monitoring work quality standards by subcontracting technical team.
- Provide training on new technologies to end users as well as technical staff involved in projects.
- Ensure quality control of installation works completed by other members of the team on the job-site.
- Assist Create and update as-built documents
- Constantly monitor technician’s performance and communicate with PM on regular basis
- Monitor technician’s attendance and communicate with PM
- Assist PM with performance reviews
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures of both client and Bond Securcom are adhered to.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Extensive experience in security system includes site survey, cabling, installation, test, programming and commissioning in commercial, Condo projects from construction sites to finished corporate offices and the hospitality sector
- Excellent knowledge of networking and IP addressing
- Must be able to jack, terminate, dress, test and troubleshooting all related wire to Access Control, Alarm, CCTV and intercom in both sides
- Can balance a physically demanding workload, which includes standing, lifting, climbing, bending, crawling in confined spaces and working in a variety of indoor/outdoor environments
- Must possess a good understanding of installing, fishing, dressing and cross-connecting cables
- Understands and communicates blue-prints, drawings, work orders, and diagrams in order to successfully complete required wiring and termination at the jobs
- Required an understanding of building codes for cabling
- Able to use Safely and Professionally power tools and hand tools such as Drills, Sockets, screwdrivers punching tools
- Strong work ethic

- Strong leadership and team motivation skill

- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Relationship building with clients /Site Super /Electrical company representative
- Normal color vision which is required to work with color-coded wiring.
- Professional written and oral communication skills

**Education, Certifications & Experience**
- High School diploma or Collage degree
- Must have 5+ years experience in security system includes site survey, cabling, installation, test, programming and commissioning in commercial, Condo projects from construction sites to finished corporate offices and the hospitality sector.
- **Preferred Certificates: ICT Protégé, CCURE (Software House), SALTO, Kantech, Avigilon, DSC, Honeywell, Hikvision, Genetec, Exacqvision, Aiphone ,TOA**:

- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio
- Possess a valid Ontario Driver’s License (G level);

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
