We are currently seeking experienced and motivated **Security, Access Control & Home Automation Technicians** to join our team as subcontractors.

**What You'll Do**

As a subcontract technician, you’ll install, service, and support a range of systems including:
**Security Systems**
- Intrusion alarms
- Motion detectors, glass breaks, door/window contacts
- CCTV/IP surveillance systems (NVRs/DVRs, remote access configuration)

**Home Automation**
- Smart lighting, thermostats, blinds, locks, doorbells, and speakers

**Access Control**
- Card/fob reader installations
- Door strikes, maglocks, access panels
- Network cabling and controller setup
- Software configuration and testing
- Additional Responsibilities
- Structured cabling for data, internet, VOIP
- General maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting & upgrades
- Client training and ongoing support

**What You Bring**
- **4+ years** experience in alarm, automation, or access control installation/service
- Strong understanding of access control hardware and software systems
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Comfortable working independently and on active construction sites, as well as on a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in **English**:

- A strong sense of professionalism and customer service

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Ontario G Driver’s License**:

- Criminal background check
- Valid certificates in:

- **Working at Heights**:

- **Mobile Elevated Work Platform (Lift)**:

- **Worker Health & Safety Awareness in 4 Steps**

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **$35-$40/hour** based on experience
- Consistent project availability
