Square Security Inc is a premier customer-centric security systems provider in Ontario. We work across the GTA on projects of varying size and complexity. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for Commercial Security System Technicians to join our Toronto team.

We are looking for individuals that excel at delivering customer-centric commercial security solutions including camera surveillance and card access systems. Experience with EMT conduit, locksmithing, automatic door operators, structured cabling, intrusion alarms, IT Networks and/or visitor entry systems is also an asset.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience with commercial card access and camera systems in Canada
- Professionally interact with co-workers, customers, and other trades
- Lift up to 45lbs regularly
- Work safely on ladders, scissor lifts, and other aerial platforms
- Work cooperatively with team members or alone depending on the assigned task
- G class license with clean driving history (company van would be provided)

**Responsibilities**:

- Interacting in a respectful manner with customers and other trades on commercial worksites
- Work in a manner safe to yourself and those on the worksite around you
- Follow daily directions from your manager
- Provide accurate daily written progress reports
- Professional installation of low voltage data cabling
- Termination and installation of devices (Cameras, Readers, Electric Strikes and other equipment) Installation and configuration of camera surveillance servers, card access control panels/servers and small IT networks
- Service, maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial security systems
- Other tasks as required
