We are currently looking for a new team member to fill the role of Lead Installation Technician. We are looking to bring on board someone to grow with the company in the long run - building and managing a team in the future.

**The Lead Technician will be responsible for**:

- Installation of security systems, running wires, and installing access control hardware/software, security cameras, and intercom/interphone systems. Installation of door hardware, electric strikes, and automatic door operators. Installations on hi-rise buildings;
- On-site and off-site service calls for hardware and software assistance and problem resolution;
- Client relationship management, onsite progress meetings. Client training, on-site visits for scoping projects,s and preparation of estimates.

**We are searching for an individual with**:

- An educational background in electronics with excellent troubleshooting skills;
- Handling of electronic tools;
- A willingness to learn new technologies.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in working on hi-rise buildings security systems installation.
- Communication skills, oral and written as will be needed to communicate respectfully and effectively with final clients and contractors.;
- The ability to work independently and resourcefully with great enthusiasm to grow in the role and take leadership;
- We want a self-starter and self-motivated individual interested in becoming a key leader within the company.
