**We're looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team and work within the central hub of our wholesale operations in Burlington, ON.**

Bloomco is a leading wholesale distributor of premium automotive detailing supplies, serving a diverse clientele of dealerships, collision repair shops, professional detailers, car washes and other industrial customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile person for our Inside Sales & Support role to join our growing team.

This is a multi-faceted role perfect for a proactive individual who excels at customer interaction, organization, and supporting a busy sales team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
**Showroom & Order Desk Management**:

- Greet and assist all walk-in customers in our showroom, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Perform accurate and timely order entry into our system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with the latest products and promotional materials.

**Sales & Operations Support**:

- Act as a key support system for our outside sales staff, providing them with timely information, processing their orders, and assisting with customer follow-up.
- Assist the purchasing manager with administrative tasks, such as creating purchase orders, tracking shipments, and communicating with vendors.
- Coordinate the dispatch of local deliveries and manage the logistics of outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies.
- Support in maintaining and updating our website to ensure all product information, pricing, and content is accurate and current.
- Demonstrate flexibility by stepping in as a backup to other administrative and operational roles as needed/required to ensure seamless business continuity.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or operations role is highly preferred.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a general understanding of automotive detailing products is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and experience with order entry systems, online chat platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with website content management is an asset.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A valid driver's license is an asset.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
