**Position Title**:Inside Sales Manager (ISM)

**Summary**:The role of the Inside Sales Manager is to manage all aspects of the inside sales department and to coach and facilitate the effectiveness of the Inside Sales Representatives / Customer Support Team in meeting the company’s goals.

**Main tasks: (Other duties will be assigned as required)**
- Responsible for coaching, training and developing the entire inside sales team (NCD and customer support) to have a fundamental understanding of all solutions and to have a „customer first“ mindset at all times
- Manage performance, competence management and employee development plans
- Report on sales metrics, opportunities and threats to the Sales Manager
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the CRM by providing data quality checks
- Support the Burkert Canada sales strategy and conduct business according to the budget
- Responsible that pricing policies are carried out according to the Burkert sales strategy and all entered orders are sufficiently profitable
- Properly update STPs and ensure STPs are applied for appropriately and in a timely manner
- Responsible for consistently handling RMAs according to the Burkert processes
- Ensure at all times that Special Net Pricing (SNP) is current for all applicable companies
- Manage key accounts as required
- Handle escalated customer calls as necessary
- Promote a positive, energetic, team oriented, consultative selling environment across all sales channels

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication or Engineering or equivalent technical training courses preferred
- 3 - 5 years of inside sales management preferred
- 3 years of sales experience in process valves, controls, sensors and other pertinent instrumentation is also preferred

**Skills**:
