Full-Time Conveyancer & Property Management Administrator - We offer a fun, fast and busy office environment.

The Position: We're looking for a full time conveyancer / property management administrator. The pay we're offering is based on experience
**Requirements**:
- Excellent computer skills with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Lone Wolf experience would be great, but not a must.
- Buildium experience would be great, but not a must.
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Team Player with the ability to work independently/ self-directed.
- Excellent Social Skills
- Solid problem solving and prioritizing abilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Working with a busy office and various priorities.
- Reviewing documentation requirements
- Banking and Reconciling daily deposits
- Monthly Rent collections and owner payouts
