**Responsibilities**
- Reception, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Receive and greet guests and clients
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage office schedule and set meetings
- Receive and sort incoming mail, prepare and administer outgoing mail
- Scan, file, and maintain digital and paper filing systems with high volume and accuracy
- Assist with purchasing and office management
- Additional duties and projects as assigned
- Run errands as required
- Support Office Manager / provide support to other departments as required

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Passionate and self-motivated
- Ability to excel in a challenging environment
- Real Estate or Construction industry experience is an asset
- Customer service experience is an asset
