Job Responsibilities

Real Estate Administration

  • Process all paperwork for real estate transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Review and process real estate sales contracts and enter data into the CRM system
  • Maintain paperless files, including opening, organizing, and closing files
  • Provide pre- and post-transaction client care
  • Book showings for realtors
  • Manage CRM and ensure daily updates are completed
  • Support agents with day-to-day administrative tasks

Client & Team Support

  • Communicate with clients by phone and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Manage team calendars and scheduling

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Schedule social media content
  • Assist the marketing team with social media tasks
  • Edit content and demonstrate social media knowledge and creativity (preferred)

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, responsible, and takes initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Real estate administration experience is required (minimum 2 years)

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work in-office alongside our lead agents
  • Must be available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $25–$27 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
