Office Manager/bookkeeper

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage administrative tasks including clerical duties, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate budgeting records and assist in financial planning using QuickBooks.
- Implement organizational systems to streamline office processes and improve productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Provide support in project management and assist with special assignments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and human resources functions is beneficial.
Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
