About you:

Key responsibilities:

- Record client expenses, sales
- Prepare and remit GST, PST and WCB
- Prepare and maintain payroll and related government filings
- Prepare ROEs, T4s and T5s
- Post journal entries
- Reconcile accounts
- Preparation and review of year end for accountants
- Identify issues and errors, investigate discrepancies and discuss with manager
- Monitor work in progress, meet deadlines, identify opportunities for out of scope work
- Work collaboratively and develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members

Skills and Experience
- Certificate in bookkeeping or diploma in business administration or accounting is considered an asset
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience working with multiple clients in various industries
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks Online
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google and Zoom
- Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, very organized, able to multitask
- Project management - ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
