In this role, you will manage daily office operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth workflow. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate office staff to maintain smooth operations and effective teamwork
- Manage front desk duties, greet visitors, and handle multi-line phone systems professionally
- Oversee HR tasks, including payroll processing, employee training, and development
- **Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks (Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting is essential)**:

- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of office supplies and services
- Track expenses, assist in budgeting, and prepare financial reports
- Organize files, schedule appointments, and manage correspondence
- Foster a positive work environment through clear communication and team leadership

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in supervising office staff
- **Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting knowledge (must-have)**:

- Excellent front desk management skills and professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of HR practices, including payroll administration
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in clerical and administrative work with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage vendor relations effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with training & development processes and budgeting
