**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a high-performing **Business Development Manager / Sales Professional** to drive growth and secure long-term contracts in the **construction, aggregate, forestry, grain, mining, and bulk hauling sectors**. This is a remote position, ideal for someone with strong industry connections and a proven track record in B2B sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders
- Secure long-term hauling contracts and project-based work
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service execution
**What We're Looking For**:
Proven experience in **bulk hauling, aggregates, forestry, construction, grain, or mining industries**
Exceptional **B2B sales skills** with a strong ability to close deals
Self-starter who thrives in a **remote work environment**
Strong network and presence in the BC Lower Mainland industrial sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
**Compensation**:
- **Commission-Based Pay**: Realistic earning potential between **$110,000 - $140,000/year**, with no cap for high performers.
