The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing your own book of business from the ground up. This is a true hunter-style role with full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting through close.

What You'll Do


• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy across British Columbia


• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities


• Build long-term relationships with developers, designers, showrooms, and distributors


• Manage the full sales cycle independently


• Represent the brand at meetings, presentations, and industry events

What We're Looking For


• Experience in kitchen or bathroom sales (stainless steel sink experience is a strong asset)


• Background in showroom sales, outbound sales, or selling to developers/designers


• Proven ability to manage a sales territory independently


• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset


• Valid Class 5 driver's license and willingness to travel (travel across Canada and occasional U.S. travel may be required)

Compensation & Benefits


• Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience)


• Uncapped commission


• On-Target Earnings: $150,000+ Year 1


• Car allowance, cellphone reimbursement and expense account
• Benefits after 3 months


• RRSP after 6 months


• 3 weeks paid vacation
