**Full-time**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visiting guests/customers including the taking of orders and payments
- Liase with sales representatives
- Build positive relationships with clients
- Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external contacts
- Participate in Call Centre -assist in answering all incoming customer calls - residential and commercial
- Arrange orders for service, delivery, lubes, Cardlock/PetroPass cards, etc
- Secure new account and equipment leads
- Assist in customer mailings and other communications as required
- Filing
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role required
- Working knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience working with databases is an asset
