Nous recherchons un **Adjoint Administartif **pour effectuer une variété de tâches administratives et de bureau, pour nos entreprises en croissance, chacune s'efforçant d'offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle tout en adoptant un mode de fonctionnement respectueux de l'environnement, en sauvant des dizaines de milliers d'articles quotidiens de la décharge. Vous participerez à l'administration et aux opérations des entreprises.

**Responsabilités**:

- Relevant du président et directeur général, vous contribuerez à assurer une administration fluide et efficace des tâches quotidiennes.
- Répondre et diriger les appels téléphoniques
- Organiser et planifier les rendez-vous
- Maintenir des listes de contacts et agir comme point de contact pour les clients internes et externes
- Préparer les dépôts, gérer le compte recevable/payable
- Gestion des devis, commandes, réceptions, et facturation limitée
- Consolider les documents quotidiens, les bons de travail et Maintenir un système de classement.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience antérieure en gestion de bureau et en administration (1 à 2 ans de préférence)
- Doit être parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais)
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à jongler
- Doit être responsable, organisé et soucieux du détail
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles
- Solides connaissances en informatique, y compris une gestion efficace du temps

- Collège / université (de préférence)

You will be assisting with the administration and operations of the companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the President and Managing Director, you will help ensure a smooth and efficient administration of the day to day tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Prepare deposits, Handle the account receivable/payable
- Management of quotes, orders, receptions, and limited invoicing
- Consolidate daily paperwork, work orders
- Maintain a filing system

**Qualifications**:

- Previous office management and administration experience ( 1 - 2 years preferred)
- Must be fully bilingual (French and English)
- Ability to multi-task and juggle
- Must be responsible, organized and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy including effective time management

**Education**:

- College / university (preferred)
