**The Role**
We’re looking for a **Director of Business Development** to lead our commercial growth strategy. You’ll identify and close high-impact partnerships, expand into new markets, and help scale our climate solutions globally. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO.
**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute our business development roadmap
- Build strategic partnerships across energy, manufacturing, and carbon markets
- Lead deal negotiations and structure commercial agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and policy teams
- Represent the company at industry events and in media
**What We’re Looking For**
- 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy
- Experience in climate tech, energy, or deep tech sectors
- Strong understanding of carbon markets and sustainability frameworks
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and driving growth
- Passion for climate innovation and mission-driven work

Pay: $57,157.04-$174,271.17 per year
