**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed.
- Overseeing and present budgets, accounts and financial statements to the Executive Committee
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Filing
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Logging or processing bills or expenses

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Pay: $18.32-$20.00 per hour
