We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. **Compensation**:
$36,000 plus bonus
**Responsibilities**:
- Order office equipment and supplies as needed
- Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
- Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our team and the services we offer
- Coordinate community support events and agent events
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing efforts
- Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with our agents
- Learn the Follow-Up Boss CRM system thoroughly and use that knowledge to improve system automation
- Collaborate with the team to identify new sales opportunities
**Qualifications**:
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
- Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Must live within commuting distance to Parry Sound Ontario
- Technologically savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite programs with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Real Estate experience preferred but not required to apply
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with a CRM system or willingness to do intense training to learn
- Valid real estate license (or the willingness to obtain one)
