Vretta is looking for a Francophone Project Coordinator with excellent organizational and managerial skills to join our Project Management team. This is a position requiring a client-first attitude, and creative problem solving ability. The coordinator must have the attitude and energy to ensure that our partners and staff feel accomplished.

**Responsibilities**
- Create, update, and keep track of project plans, tasks, and milestones.
- Coordinate with project team members on a daily basis to communicate tasks and establish thorough understanding of the project in order to ensure efficient performance.
- Coordinate with external project stakeholders on a periodic basis to ensure that they are fully aware of the project details, updated on the progress, and always have work to do as per the project plan.
- Maintain a strong relationship with all project stakeholders.
- Organize daily technology and project stand-ups with relevant teams of the project.
- Organize meetings with key internal project stakeholders as well as the Functional Head to provide updates on project progress.
- Write and maintain minutes of the meeting.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand production challenges.
- Able to exercise good judgment in fast-paced high-pressure work environments, sometimes with competing priorities.
- Flexibility and initiative, together with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with all departments.
- Highly motivated, organized, personable and able to work with a team.
- Genuine enthusiasm for education
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with GitLab and MS Project is a bonus.
