- Are you looking for a fast-paced environment that thrives on teamwork, creative problem solving, and grace under pressure? The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting all elements of the organization’s marketing and communication functions. This is a hands-on role responsible for tracking and fulfilling marketing support requests.What you'll be doing:

- Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of campaigns and initiatives are aligned and executed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and across Wagepoint brands
- Manage, both, technical and non-technical projects (I.e. MarTech enablement and creative projects)
- Meet with team members regularly to get status updates and ensure approved project timeline stays on track
- Manage task creation process, task specs, and assignments to appropriate team members
- Motivate, support, and work with a team of resources in each area of the company
- Plan and lead post-action meetings following the completion of all projects to improve efficiency, improve team morale, and learn from mistakes
- Use tools and software for efficient results, including Asana, Slack, Google Docs and other project management and communication tools
- Assist with process optimization and implementation

What you bring to the table:

- Minimum of 3 years’ project management experience in a marketing setting or agency
- Strong communication and analytics/reporting skills
- Experience with managing project management tools, ideally Asana
- Highly motivated with an open aptitude for growth and learning
- Has high positive energy and ability to build rapport quickly with others
- Experience in creative production, with the ability to coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams from the conception of a project to delivery of assets with detail orientation, enthusiasm for the process, resourcefulness, and exceptional client services
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion
