**We are looking for a new team lead for an Automotive Infleuncer Network startup**

AIN brings influencers and automotive industry team leads in North America together. This small, mighty, and growing group of experts take part in podcasts, events and heavy social media presence.

We are looking a project lead that will wear serveral hats.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Project coordination - communicating with members, team, and scheduling.
- Wordpress design/development - you MUST be proficient with Wordpress.
- Social Media Management
- Content Creation

**Experience**
- Project coordination (2+years - REQUIRED)
- Wordpress Experience (2+years - REQUIRED)
- Graphic Design (2+years - REQUIRED)
- Social Media Management (2+ Years - REQUIRED)
- Exceptionally strong communcation skills. You've worked with teams, or perhaps you're a solo artist, but you love to collaborate.
- Strong team working skills, demonstrating ability to collaborate and lead.
- Ability to multi-task, and be self directed.
- Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Graphic Design

**Communications**
- **Scheduling events, recording, and communication**:

- **Ensure all projects are running on time and all parts are moving together.**:

- Assist with planning and execution of staff events, holiday celebrations, customer gifts, and other creative engagement opportunities.
- Coordinate, plan and book podcasts and recordings
- Responsible for finding new infleuncers to join AIN
- Responsible for communication with infleuncers. There are several moving parts to this, and you will ensure they are all working together properly.
- Coordinate a quartoely Newsletter by collecting input from Influencers, generating new novelty content for each issue, and working with Design on layout and format.

**Wordpress**
- Understanding of themes
- Ability to understand structure
- Understanding of Elementor
- Ability to create and maintain themes
- Understanding of plugin API system such as hooks (filters and actions)
- Understanding of custom post types and how to use and register them
- Familiarity of installing and maintaining Wordpress and Wordpress hosting platforms

**Social Media & Graphics**
- Photoshop & Illustrator (must have)
- Canva
- Social Media Content Creation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
